I’m Toni Nolker, and I’m so glad you stopped by. Boy, am I so not a blogger! Until recently, I hardly knew what a blog was. So why now? 

 

In the last four years, I have been through some major life changes. I lost my husband of 51 years, left our home and moved to a condo. Before, I even got settled, I went into the hospital for a very minor procedure and ended up being there for nearly five months, fighting for my life. My daughter and I talked a lot about God. I love the saying, “I’m not dead, so He’s not done”! Maybe I still have something to give.

It’s been over two years now, and my life is happy, fulfilling and busy! I love my condo! Along with cleaning out and selling my house, it’s one of the best decisions I ever made. I needed a new beginning, something fresh, exciting and manageable! It allowed me to keep my little beach cottage (my “happy” place). That’s where I do most of my writing. It clears my mind and renews my soul! The condo is close to family, and the beach house is only a little over two hours away, so we all gather there often.
 
We all have trials along life’s journey, and we all have choices to make. I chose joy.
